1- Read reviews
The reviewers’ comments can be found at: Please address these comments while preparing your final paper.

2- Improve your paper and submit final version
Revise the final version to account for reviewers' recommendations. Your manuscript should be prepared as a two column PDF file without page numbering using the standard IEEE 2-column paper format that can be found at:
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision. We recommend to create your PDF eXpress Account using the following link:

3- Copyright
The copyright clearance code (978-1-4799-7479-5/15/$31.00 ©2015 IEEE) MUST appear (without parentheses) on the bottom center of the first page of your final manuscript. This should be submitted through Easychair by January, 15th 2015. Late submissions cannot be included in the proceedings. For the final submission, a filled/signed IEEE copyright form is required for each paper. The form is downloadable at: It must be scanned and emailed to:

4- Register
Return to the conference website, visit the registration page and register before the registration deadline of February 15th. Presenters must register latest by the final submission deadline to have their paper included in the proceedings.
The acceptance of your paper is made with the understanding that at least one author will PRE-REGISTER and make the necessary payment. IEEE has strict policy on no-show; one of the authors or their representatives need to present the paper at the Conference. Failure to do so without valid reasons will risk the paper from being included in the IEEE Xplore database.
